As a consultant, coach, and writer, I help individuals and organizations align with their most authentic selves in business, leadership, and personal life. With 15 years of experience across multiple sectors, I’ve worked with business leaders, government leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and other changemakers to navigate growth, purpose, and transformation with clarity and congruence.

Currently, I serve as Director of Brand Strategy & Amplification for TerraSlate and Founder/CEO Kyle Ewing, leading initiatives to elevate visibility, thought leadership, and business growth. My work includes media, speaking, and content strategies that amplify Kyle’s voice in innovation, investing, sustainability, and leadership. Previously, I was Executive Assistant and Program Manager to Rory Vaden, Co-Founder of Brand Builders Group, where I managed executive projects, high-profile events, and his exclusive Book Launch Mastery program for entrepreneurs building bestselling books and personal brands.

Background:
My career bridges nonprofit and for-profit leadership. As Executive Director of Dream Change (2012–2018), I founded The Love Summit, a global leadership conference that brought together 450+ business and government leaders to explore how values like love, purpose, and connection can drive positive social and economic change. The Love Summit earned me recognition as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and media coverage in outlets such as FOX19, The Huffington Post, Yes! Magazine, and Spirituality & Health.

I hold an MSc in Global Prosperity from University College London (2018–2021), where I researched love as a social ethic. Later, as Marketing Director at Valet Lighting Company, I focused on the concept of incongruence—the gap between the real and ideal self—and its impact on fulfillment and performance. In 2023, I created my Congruence Coaching Model through Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research, which I now use to help clients bring authenticity and alignment into every area of life.
